Sydney Hubs – Mobius Grill & Bar
We all know it isn’t always just about the food when it comes to dining, sometimes location and convenience is a matter of consideration, add a pleasant ambience into the mix and it only gets better!. Last week I joined a small group of food and lifestyle bloggers for lunch at a fine destination in Sydney, and I’d like to share a glimpse of it with you!
With its inviting modern decor oozing an intimate yet clubby atmosphere, and an exquisite menu to boot, Mobius Bar & Grill is the perfect hub whether for a friend get together, corporate meeting or a romantic date, its layout offers different zones to enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner as you desire. Did I mention it is conveniently located inside the Pullman hotel Sydney Airport?, suitable for those who come and go, frequent travellers, and best of all open to everyone who loves fine cuisine…
Our special lunch was created by Executive Chef Daniel Simpson who delighted us with a multiple course meal which included marinated octopus, Signature Oysters, kingfish ceviche and steamed Mulloway fillet among appetizers and many other tasteful treats. Exceptional service from wait staff and management ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Did I like the food? Absolutely, with a mix of interesting ingredients, flavours and portions every plate was an enjoyable experience, expertly prepared meals by the chef ensure a high quality dining experience at a very convenient and gorgeous location. Definitely a must see and taste for Sydney-siders and visitors alike.

Who would ever know such a fantastic restaurant would be located inside an airport!? It looks incredible! I like to go to restaurants because of the atmosphere and this place looks like it has a great one! The food looks like it was so delicious!

So many trends in food, coffee and others drinks start from Sidney. I’d love to visit one day to see from the course 🙂
