I know many of you are in a rush getting ready to celebrate New Years Eve or simply on a getaway enjoying vacations, perhaps others are in a restrospective mood recounting what 2014 has left in experience and learning, all the good and bad which came with it. It is also common to set goals for the upcoming year, and if as they say it´s good to start the year with a plan sometimes the best formula might be to find a path by going with the flow; by which ever means best suits you I wish you a 2015 full of joy, prosperity… and of  course full of style!

Getting to the grain I´m sharing the last outfit post of 2014: Although this model in particular would be considered a  “mother of the bride dress” for its long sleeves and silhouette, I find it equally attractive for youngers – kind of princely but also daring for its leg slit. A romantic and interesting look may be what you´re looking for rather than the usual revealing and bodycon silhouette,  sometimes  it´s good to vary.

Hola a todas! Se que muchas están de correndillas alistándose para la celebración de fin de año o simplemente ausentes disfrutando de vacaciones, otras en tiempo de recapitulación y de balances sobre lo que 2014 nos deja en experiencias y aprendizaje -aún de lo malo. Es común en esta víspera que algunos formulen sus propósitos para el año nuevo y si bien es bueno empezar con un plan,  a veces la mejor formula para encontracr rumbos inesperados pero igualmente satisfactorios es dejar que todo fluya conforme las circunstancias; de cualquier forma aprovecho para desearles un 2015 lleno de venturas -y valga la expresión, con mucho estilo!

Entrando en materia les comparto la última nota de atuendo del 2014: Aunque este modelo en particular es algo que en bodas se llama “mother of the bride dress” o vestido para la madre de la novia -por sus mangas cubiertas y silueta holgada,  yo lo encuentro igualmente atractivo para las mas jóvenes, algo princispesco por su color, detalle en encaje y su corte imperio, pero tambien algo osado con abertura de pierna, si lo que se busca es un look romántico e interesante, apartado de la siempre ajustada y reveladora silueta, -porque a veces es bueno variar. Donde lucirlo? Al ser un diseño ceremonioso mas no ostentoso resulta ideal para bodas en la tarde, grados, cumpleaños en salón, y a propósito del año nuevo, es acertado para una fiesta de San Silvestre cuya etiqueta exija traje largo.
