Beauty Must- Manuka Honey by Kiehl’s

It’s not a secret, honey is a true natural wonder we can use at the service of beauty; in addition to its nutritional and therapeutic properties it is proven to be efficient in the form of scrubs,  facial masks and hair treatments. If you are wondering if there is something better than honey, there is – Manuka Honey, produced in New Zealand, and used by the Maori tribe for its healing properties for centuries. A few days ago I was lucky enough to attend the #PureVitality Event hosted by Kiehl’s, where apart from joining a yoga session and cooking class,  a group of media and digital attendees including myself had the pleasure of trying their latest development – the Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream, while enjoying the delicious breakfast and the unique Manuka Honey also available in the new range.

The session was informative, we got great insight into the healing properties of Manuka Honey, and I’m happy knowing it’s good for lowering stomach acid and reflux, improving gastrointestinal health, lowering cholesterol, reducing inflammation and improving oral health….wow, with all that said, I just wanted to take this block of pure honey back  home….

La jornada fue también informativa y tuvimos la oportnidad de conocer mas a fondo sobre su origen y propiedades. Fue grato saber que es una gran aliada para reducir el colesterol, el ácido estomacal y reflujo, mejorar la salud intestinal, asi como reducir la inflamación… wow, con todo eso yo simplemente quería llevar a casa este bloque de cera de miel pura!

Thankfully we all were given samples of both the Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream and Manuka Honey Jar. I was hooked, not only did I apply it onto my face every night, but I would use it on my hands and feet. Not to mention I ran out of the the honey nectar in five days (yes, that’s how yummy it is). By luck this week I received my second lot of beauty potions sent to my door, and I’m delighted to trust my skin care to it.

I’ve heard many things about many products, but this Manuka Honey convinced me from the very first moment I tried the Manuka Honey Jar.  It’s texture, color and flavor are quite different from regular kinds of honey and to be honest I’ll be happy to include it in my everyday diet. One can only imagine the potential and properties of the beauty cream when behind it is one such brand in Kiehl’s, which took 6 years to develop this product.

He escuchado de todo, pero la miel Manuka me convenció tan pronto como probé un poco de néctar.
