Zimmermann Sisters – S/S Australian Fashion Week 2012
Conocidas por sus delicadas y femeninas colecciones, las hermanas Zimmermann no decepcionaron, pero este año mezclaron su concepto con toque punk; las diseñadoras internacionalmente reconocidas presentaron su colección primavera – verano 2012/2013, revelando siluetas con mucha estructura y a la vez versatiles como rasgo de su propuesta.
Las hermanas Nicky y Nicole, subieron el tono de su estilo ultra-femme de tonos pastel, con un singular toque de estampados digitales, y texturas con cortes de vanguardia. Estampados con motivos tropicales y de oriente fueron los favoritos, combinados con cortes deportivos para una mujer práctica, asi como tonos pastel en todas sus gamas.
Known for their soft, feminine collections, the Zimmermann sisters didn’t disappoint, but this year they mixed things up with a punky edge. The internationally recognised designer duo debuted their Spring/Summer 2012/2013 collection, revealing a beautifully constructed yet refreshingly wearable collection.
Sisters Nicky and Nicole amped up their usual uber-femme and flowing pastels with a unique twist of digital print and edgy cut-out textures. Oriental and tropical prints were a favourite, combined with sports-inspired cropped shapes for the practical woman and pastels in every shade.
