Wandering the old city

Once more an outfit post from Cartagena a city which by its waters, its charming colonial architecture and its history conquers  more tourists from different corners of  the world. I’m lucky enough to be only an hour away by car whenever there is a special occassion, it´s also an excuse to photograph my outfit posts with its beautiful backstreets as a background, achieving the perfect setting for a tropical look. What I´m wearing can be seen here or in Europe according to trends, but ultimately the environment and circumstances also play a role in our look, so under the sun and bright colors of the old city (as it´s called) this maxi skirt and cropped top recreate a glamorous Caribbean style.

Nuevamente una nota de atuendo desde  Cartagena, una ciudad que por sus aguas, su encantadora arquitectura colonial y su historia, cada vez conquista a mas turistas de diversos rincones del mundo. Tengo la suerte de tenerla muy cerca y cuando se presenta una ocasión especial es tambien excusa para fotografiar mis notas de atuendo con sus hermosas callejuelas como fondo, logrando el marco perfecto para un look tropical. Lo que llevo puesto hoy bien puede lucirse aquí o en Europa conforme las tendencias, pero como en últimas el ambiente y circunstancias tambien juegan un papel en nuestro look, bajo el sol y el colorido de la ciudad vieja (como tambien le llaman) esta maxi falda y cropped top recrean un glamuroso estilo caribe.

El día de hoy la estrella del ensamble es esta maxi falda de Style Moi –  No hace falta decir por qué quedé prendada en tanto la vi, pero además de su impactante contraste de colores, su  textil y acabado hacen de ella una pieza para toda la vida por lo que espero sacarle provecho en muchas otras ocasiones y muy seguramente repita en el blog.
