Street Baroque

For those who enjoy fashion the change of seasons brings with it the anticipation to set up a wardrobe in sync with the upcoming season; in Australia the seasons are the opposite of those in the nothern hemisphere (with the exception of few places), if up there you´re welcoming spring here we are bringing in fall and soon after winter. Truth is this weather gave me the perfect excuse to step into these over the knee boots that I was keen to use for so long, (I was living in a year long hot weather city not long ago). I have put them together with an outfit whose textures and colors bring me some baroque references, with a street interpretation of course. Para quienes disfrutamos de la moda, el cambio de estaciones supone toda una anticipación en cuanto a la preparación de un guardarropas acorde con cada estación, aquí en Australia vamos como quien dice a la inversa, ya que mientras en el hemisferio norte (con excepción ciertos lugares) reciben la primavera, nosotros le damos la bienvenida al otoño y muy pronto el invierno. Lo cierto es que ya la temperatura me dio excusa para finalmente posarme sobre unas botas por encima de la rodilla, que me tenían soñando desde su boom el año pasado. Las incorporé a un look que por sus tonalidades me trae referencias barrocas con interpretación urbana claro esta.
