Outfit Post: 60´s Look – Monochromatic Retro

Hello everyone! As you´ve probably  figured out from some of my latest posts I attended one of most important fashion events  in Colombia–Colombiamoda, and I was able to get accredited as press/fashion blogger, a big plus when it comes to taking some nice shots. Apart from attending shows I also have a duty to capture images and objective impressions to broadcast to my readers.  The four days are a bit of a maraton especially when you throw into the mix running back to the hotel to get changed a few times a day, high heels and the rest of it.  Colombiamoda´s schedule usually runs for three days but for 2013 it had an extra day courtesy of designer Haider Ackermann´s collection of who I´ll talk in detail in a special post.  This was the outfit I decided to wear for the first event: sober, monochromatic, ladylike and above all with a kind of retro feeling from the 60´s, and these are some images taken before the show

Como habrán podido apreciar a través de algunas notas del blog, asistí a una de las ferias mas importantes del país – Colombiamoda, esta vez estuve acreditada como blogger de moda, con lo que además de solo ingresar y disfrutar de cada pasarela, también hay cierta responsabilidad en capturar imágenes e impresiones objetivas para transmitir a los lectores de este blog.  La agenda de Colombiamoda generalmente transcurre durante tres días, pero esta vez  contó con uno mas para darle la bienvenida al diseñador Haider Ackermann de quien les contaré en otra nota. Este fue el atuendo que decidí llevar para tal ocasión – sobrio, monocrómatico, femenino y sobre todo con una onda retro de los 60´s
